People, Be Full ©1985, 1999 Rev. David Seacord People, Be Full (repeats) It doesn't matter no it doesn't matter where you come from It doesn't matter no it doesn't matter what you have done It doesn't matter no it doesn't matter what you think you believe Love is always HERE, waiting to be received... Love is always HERE, waiting to be received....

Once you know you know you know you know.... it don't matter what you say, call it black or white or gray, once you know you know, you know anyway... don't see know reason why everybody in this world cannot be high for love is a very purifying fire, and in the flame of truth we will all grow higher and higher, and higher... Once you know you know you know you know.... it don't matter what you say, call it black or white or gray, once you know you know, you know anyway...

Ride Me High 05:29
Ride Me High © 1980? Rev. David Seacord Ride me high or ride me low tie me down or let me go say goodbye or say hello but you know we both know there's no reason to lie Ride me high or ride me low tie me down or let me go say goodbye or say hello but you know we both know there's no reason to lie there's no reason to cry... Life can be very strange the trail always seems to wander through the rocky mountain ranges anything we're trying to hide from the thunders so if I'm sitting on a mountain top you know I'm just waiting for the thunder to stop they say when you're high, you can see far but I only want to see who we are So ride me high or ride me low tie me down or let me go say goodbye or say hello but you know we both know there's no reason to cry you know we both know there's no reason to lie Guilty feeling will never set us free come on let's go, and just be happy cause happiness depends on how we see and I'll always see you in me I'll always see you as me. so ride me high or ride me low tie me down or let me go say goodbye or choose hello but you know we both know there's no reason to lie now you know we both there's no reason to cry...

You Do Lord 06:59
This tune is based on an old church sunday school song, but I've taken the liberty to insert "Love" and "peace" where the original lyric was 'Jesus', and also, I've segued from that tune into a Tibetan Buddist chanting of Gate Gate Paragate Parasumgate Bodhiswaha.... I like the result, and of course, hope you will too.

This version of Amazing Grace DOES have a few new lyrics... that differ a bit from the traditional public domain ones. Would you expect anything less from me? Listen and enjoy...

about

In the year 2000 (or maybe it was 2001) I was a guest for a couple weeks of my then unmarried friend David Stowell in Moss Landing, CA, near Monterey. He was living in the musical practice studio of his band, and as he was gone during the day at his job, he allowed me to use both the studio, his digital recording equipment, and (on one day) his drummer Jesse Butterfield, to record these songs. After initial tracks were recorded, our mutual friend Greg Lister came to join the party, and added his significant flute and guitar talents to the effort. This 'window of opportunity' recording session gift had certain limits however... the biggest one being that he (David) was about to begin recording his own album with his band, and I therefore only had a few days to both record and get a permanent mix-down, before he would then need to wipe the drive clean (for use in his own sessions, as those were the days of limited-sized HD stand-alone digital equipment before recording became computer-software-based ). Because that did happen as agreed, what I am able to offer from those sessions cannot be remixed, and I therefore present it for your enjoyment as is. As history, I pray it is delightful and enjoyable. <3

BTW, because some of the tracks from those sessions were 'covers' (so to speak) I am not placing here them on Bandcamp. But if you visit www.thelovedeclaration.org you may discover additional downloadable tunes you like there. In particular, you may love "The (Sufi) Blessing Song".... which might be public domain, but I'm not yet certain, so it's not here. <3
